I’m totally getting my butt kicked by yoga at the moment. I’ve been doing the 30 Days of Yoga challenge by Yoga with Adriene and it’s actually amazing. This is where I’m currently at with my 30 Days of Yoga. I’ve just completed day 19 after taking a few days off due catching a Summer cold (!). But it was surprisingly easy to get back into it. Day 19 is particularly soothing & pleasant. A close friend also said it was lovely to do after a long uphill walk, to breath into all the hurty places.
