I Thinx you should read this…(Period Panties)

Thinx

A little while ago, the lovely Louise posted about THINX. I’ve been on a crusade to reduce the amount of period products I use, in an effort to reduce pointless waste. As you know, I switched to the MoonCup recently, though I’ve had to stop using that thanks to my wonderful sensitive cervix. So I started looking into other options.

I decided to give THINX a go. You can see all the info on their website, but in a nutshell; they are amazing beautiful ethically made undies, that are absorbent and can be used in place of tampons/pads! If you are interested in Thinx, you and I can BOTH get $10 off a pair THINX if you follow this link: http://fbuy.me/dYiMs

Oh and the style I tried are the hi-waisted for ‘medium days’, pictured above. I’ve only used them once so far, and they were amazing – I didn’t even notice I was wearing them! The instructions say to hand wash then chuck them in a cold machine wash. They are superb quality, look and feel lovely and I can’t recommend them enough! I plan on buying multiple pairs to have enough for my entire period, and definitely bulk buying is more cost effective seeing as how they are shipped from the United States.

Have you tried THINX? What are your non-tampon period solutions? I’d love to hear!

I came across this delightful product while in Australia in August, and was pleased to see it’s also sold in New Zealand. Seriously, it smells amazing.
