Quick yoga update

This is where I’m currently at with my 30 Days of Yoga. I’ve just completed day 19 after taking a few days off due catching a Summer cold (!). But it was surprisingly easy to get back into it. Day 19 is particularly soothing & pleasant. A close friend also said it was lovely to do after a long uphill walk, to breath into all the hurty places.

Challenges, everywhere!

I’ve always enjoyed being challenged in life, in many different contexts. But for some reason, I thought it would be a great idea to add another challenge to my life. Even though I’m already doing 30 Days of Yoga (which by the way, will be the most yoga I’ve ever done. In my entire life) and trying to meditate every day (to beat my own run streak on Headspace… cos I’m even competitive with myself…yes…) I’ve also been doing a Drawing Challenge!
